Phase 02 · Brand & Content
Day 4–10

Become visible.

You don't need a designer or a studio — you need a page, a face, and consistency.

DAY 4

Set Up Your Page

Create your Instagram or Facebook business page with your business name.
Pick two or three brand colours, write a one-line bio, add a clear photo.
DAY 5–6

Capture Raw Content

Take 10 phone photos of your process, hands at work, and space.
Record one 30-second video explaining what you make.
DAY 7–8

Introduce Yourself

Post who you are and why you started, show behind-the-scenes too.
Message 10 people in your circle and tell them what you're building.
DAY 9–10

Show the Result

Post the finished product or result in simple natural light.
Save WhatsApp status updates and reply to every comment same day.
Checkpoint: by Day 10, have at least three posts and make sure everyone close to you knows what you sell.
"Visibility is a practice, not a perfect launch."
Phase 03 · Systems & Proof
Day 11–20

Make it easy to trust and buy.

Build proof and a process so saying yes feels easy and safe.

DAY 11–12

Build Basic Systems

Make a simple price list and decide how you will get paid.
Decide how orders reach the customer: pickup, delivery, booking, or digital access link.
DAY 13–14

Remove the Friction

Write three FAQs a new customer may ask, with clear answers.
Save a copy-paste order-message template and pin your price list.
DAY 15–17

Create Real Proof

Offer your product or service free or discounted to two testers.
Ask directly for honest feedback — good and bad — then take better photos.
DAY 18–20

Package Your Proof

Turn tester feedback into your first testimonial post or story.
Build a simple catalogue and save every interested message.
Checkpoint: by Day 20, have one real testimonial, a price list, and a clear way to pay and receive an order.
"Trust is a system, not an accident."
Phase 04 · Launch & Sell
Day 21–30

Ask for the sale.

Everything before this was preparation. Now ask people to buy, clearly and confidently.

DAY 21–22

Announce You're Open

Post "now taking orders" with a clear message and price list.
Share in two or three relevant groups, with permission.
DAY 23–25

Track and Follow Up

Message 20 more contacts personally and log every enquiry.
Follow up with anyone who asked but has not ordered yet.
DAY 26–28

Deliver With Care

Fulfil each order with extra care — packaging, presentation, or a clean digital delivery all matter.
Ask every buyer for a photo, review, or quote you can share.
DAY 29–30

Review & Set Month 2

Post your first sale as a celebration and list what worked.
List what you'll change, then set exactly one Month 2 goal.
Checkpoint: by Day 30, have at least one paying customer, one testimonial, and one clear goal for what's next.
"Ask clearly. Follow up kindly. Repeat."
Day 30 · Look Back Before You Look Forward

You didn't just start a business.
You built a habit of showing up.

That matters more than any single sale this month. Reflect honestly, then carry your one Month 2 goal forward.

Day 30 · Complete

Thank you for building something real.

Cakes, kurtis, soap, tuition, a coaching practice, a digital product, or a community — whatever it was, you followed it through. That's the whole game.
